Parker Community Credit Union will operate as a democratically controlled, member-owned cooperative by focusing management, staff, and volunteers on diversity in the leadership and staff of the credit union.

Nominating Committee - The nominating committee strives to find board members from all types of backgrounds and views in order to ensure a diverse board of directors. Employment - In order to attain a diverse applicant pool for our credit union, we advertise in our community newspapers, and contact the local colleges and universities, that have diverse student bodies, to attract applicants to fill entry level job-openings whenever necessary. Our policy is to hire qualified candidates without regard to race, creed, religion, or socio-economic status.

Member Market Segmentation - With the comprehensive demographics and service usage data of our membership, we endeavor to ensure that diverse market segments have programs and services that meet their diverse needs.
